Sinkahiko Variations
Shinkahi – Stuffiness below the heart: A subjective feeling of stuffiness in the epigastric region.
Shinkhiken -Stuffiness and hard rigidity below the heart: A feeling of stuffiness associated with local hard rigidity in the epigastric region (the sign is more pronounced than shinkahiko).
